Rock/Creek initially engaged our Managed Services department to review the existing code base, take on the existing backlog of bugs, and provide some additional enhancements. After preliminary repairs to their mobile site were completed, our internal creative services completed a site audit, including some suggested redesigns to optimize the cart and checkout flows. After Managed Services developed the new design assets, they moved on to implement SEO-friendly URLs and enhanced tracking integrations. A successful PayPal integration to the checkout and customer service components of the website completed the list of successful site enhancements. User experience and usability were improved, reducing abandonment and increasing the overall satisfaction with the website.
