The Company was engaged to implement a PIM platform for one of many products lines, with the plan to migrate all of their other products lines in the future. The PIM implementation is the precursor to a broader digital strategy to expand their online presence and capabilities starting with much better product information that will drive product selection, quoting and purchasing.


In the initial implementation, several dozen Excel spreadsheets were converted to a structured solution providing consolidation, automation and expanded features and functionality. The initial phase included solution design, implementation, testing, training, and a support agreement to assist the client with their data load.
