Michael Desmond is a Client Director at Amplifi, responsible for leading project teams on client engagements, driving successful project delivery, and ensuring his clients’ success. He spent his post-undergrad years managing production crews in the television industry while pursuing an M.B.A. After which, he joined Stibo Systems, where he managed several complex MDM projects with Kimberly-Clark, Target, and General Mills, among others. Adapting to fit the needs of each client, he is experienced in several implementation methodologies, including Waterfall, Scrum and Kanban. In his spare time, he enjoys watching good films and television, as well as playing tennis and practicing yoga
