Libryia Jones is a Project Director at Amplifi, providing management across multiple projects ensuring scope stability, budget control and on-time delivery as well as developing systems and tools to drive Delivery success across the organization. Libryia’s experience includes consulting at North Highland and Deloitte, software implementations at Xactly Corp and The Home Depot, as well as business process review/process improvement at The Home Depot. Libryia holds both Project Management Professional (PMP) and Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) certifications for the Project Management Institute (PMI) and is experienced in several implementation methodologies, including: Waterfall, Scrum and Kanban. Libryia and her teenage daughter traveled the world for an entire year. In between landings and take-offs, she enjoys DIY décor projects, cooking and cheering for her daughter on the soccer field.

Allyson Taft

Allyson Taft is a Client Director at Amplifi, responsible for leading project teams on client engagements, driving successful project delivery, and ensuring her clients’ success. Allyson’s experience includes financial planning, consulting, and contract negotiations with Team Kaliber Gaming, supply chain management and production planning with WestRock, and a variety of Lean initiatives and needs assessments with Emory University Healthcare. Allyson holds a Lean Green Belt and is experienced with continuous improvement initiatives ranging from those focused on increasing patient satisfaction scores, to improving employee turnover rate, to decreasing ED wait times. In her spare time, Allyson enjoys reading both fiction and nonfiction, traveling, baking, playing poker, and volunteering with dog rescue groups.
