Position Summary

    Amplifi’s Business Development Manager will play a crucial role in the successful growth of the organization. You will be responsible for generating sales leads for new and existing clients by promoting Amplifi’s full range of services within a defined region.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Generate leads by proactive outreach by leveraging networks, social media, email and phone. In close collaboration with Marketing, seek new leads and continually add new business opportunities to the sales pipeline.
  • Engage with clients and prospective new clients to define their requirements. Develop presentations and written proposals highlighting Amplifi’s capabilities and value proposition.
  • Respond timely to RFIs, RFPs, ITTs etc. and collaborate with internal teams to ensure content presented in the final proposal is completed to a high standard.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions and reach an agreement with new customers on the details of Master Services Agreement and Statements of Work including commercial terms. Close new business with existing and new clients by having documents correctly executed by all parties.
  • Prepare and coordinate project handover activities of new clients and/or projects with internal delivery teams.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in Amplifi’s CRM system.

  • Outgoing personality that’s not afraid to meet and speak to new people
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
  • Experience in customer support is a plus

Education / Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related fields

Travel

    Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
